SAMPLE POLICY
We will be pleased to provide you with free samples of many of our featured in-stock website items, and, when available, our custom items. A few items will carry a small fee which will be refunded with your order. Samples will ship either ground freight or U.S mail the next business day. If time is important, express delivery is available for an extra fee. We reserve the right to limit sample quantities.
COMPETITIVE PRICING PROMISE
PEXCO (Retail Display Components) promises our quality product at competitive pricing. Many factors affect pricing. So, when collecting more than one quote for an item, if you receive a quote substantially different than ours, provide us with a copy of the vendor's competitive quote for the identical product and allow us the opportunity to match or beat their quote. Please remember, if your order quantity exceeds the pricing listed, ask about our volume discounts.
ORDERING POLICY
Minimum Order: A $50.00 minimum order is required. Form of Payment: Credit Cards (Visa / MasterCard/Discover); COD; Cashiers Check: Money Order; or open account. Credit Terms: Net 30 on approval of credit. Late fees of 1-1/2% each month after 30 days. Credit Accounts: Simply complete the Credit Application form in our catalog and fax or contact us to provide you with the form. Please allow up to three business days for processing. Credit limits will be established on an individual basis.
SHIPPING
In stock items will ship the next business day. Extremely large or custom orders will require additional lead time. If an item is out of stock, shipping date will be established within 24 regular business hours of order. All orders are shipped ground unless specified otherwise. Express delivery is available on request. Large items ship by carrier of our choice. Any exceptions must be stated at time of order. We will make every effort to select dependable delivery carriers. However, we can not be responsible for delivery delays once the shipment has left our dock and for reasons beyond our control. Please note: A street address is required as we cannot ship to a P.O. Box. All shipments are at customer’s expense unless agreed otherwise prior to shipment in writing.
FREIGHT CHARGES
Simplicity is our goal. PEXCO only charges the published amount we are charged by the carrier or service. There is no markup. We are also equipped, and happy, to perform drop shipments for an additional fee of $3.50 for each 'ship to' destination.
PRICING POLICY
Every effort is made to maintain current pricing levels. However, prices are subject to change without notice. Also, if your quantity is larger than those noted on this website, please ask for our volume discount.
ORDER STATUS
Following your order placement, you should receive an Order Confirmation with tracking information by email or telephone call. If you do not receive this information and find it necessary to trace your shipment, please call Customer Service for the tracking number. We will be happy to assist you.
SALES TAX
Sales Tax varies according to shipping address. Please ask your Customer Service Specialist for details.
RETURN POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with the in-stock item you have received, simply call within ninety (90) days of receiving your order and we will arrange replacement items, a return authorization number, a credit, or your money back*. Details will be provided when you call for the return of the original item. Credit or replacement will be issued on receipt and inspection of returned items. All returned items must be sent freight prepaid. For custom orders or special packaged items, all sales are final. Restocking fee of 10% or $10, whichever is higher, will apply. *Any original shipping charges are not refunded
CLAIMS/DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
Please inspect your order on delivery as you will need to file a claim for damages or shortages with the carrier at the time goods are received. We make a focused effort to ship each and every order correctly. Should you discover a shortage or shipping error, please notify us within ten (10) days of accepting the delivery so that we can correct the situation quickly. PEXCO (Retail Display Components) is not responsible for items once they leave our dock. Therefore any claims for damaged or missing items must be filed by you, the customer, with the freight carrier to cover the cost of replacement parts. It is a possibility that despite our best efforts to be 100% accurate, an error may have been made. We apologize for any confusion or inconvenience this may have caused you and will make every effort to correct the situation. Furthermore, PEXCO (Retail Display Components) has the right to change pricing and other policies, procedures and / or terms stated herein without notice.
